Find Reservation
The Find Reservation page allows you to search for reservations based on a complex set of criteria you define. You can also view any reservations associated with you by accessing the My Reservations page.

Access the Reservation module by clicking the Reservation link at the top of the page.

Select the Find Reservationtab.

Specify any of the following criteria to define the set of reservations you want to find:

Property – Click the Select link to find reservations associated with a particular property.
If a property is selected, the Region field is replaced by the Space/Floor field .

Region – Select a value to find requests associated with a particular region.
If you select a region, you can still select a property, but Property the field will only display properties in the selected region.
- Space/Floor – This field is displayed only after a property is selected. Select a value to find reservations associated with a particular floor of the property.

Reservation ID – Specify a request ID to locate a single reservation by its reservation ID number.

Resource Type – Select a value to find reservations associated with a particular type of resource, for example, conference room, or AV equipment.

Resource – This field is displayed only after a property is selected. Select a value to find reservations associated with a particular resource.
Only resources of the selected type at the selected property are included.

Status – Select a value to find reservations associated with a particular status, for example, Reserved or Cancelled

Requestor's Last Name – Specify a value to find reservations that have the specified text in the requestor's name.
This search is not case-sensitive. The search is done on the entire word or phrase entered, not on individual words. You can enter part of a word, for example, entering "jo" will find both Jones and Johnson.

Reservation Date – Specify two date values to find reservations whose requested dates fall within the defined date range.

Once your search criteria are defined, click FIND.
The total number of results appears above the results list. If more reservations are found than can be displayed on the page at one time, the first 50 are displayed and Prev and Next links appear to allow you to scroll through the results. Reservations are listed in order of date, but clicking any heading re-sorts the list. For each reservation, the following information is displayed:
- Date – the date and time the reservation was scheduled for
- ID – the identification number assigned when the reservation was created; clicking this link opens the Reservation Detail page displaying detailed information about the reservation
- Requested By – the name of the user who requested the reservation
- Property/Resource – the property where the reservation was made and the resource that was reserved
- Assigned To – the name of the user that the reservation has been assigned to
- Starts in – the amount of time (in hours, minutes, or days) before the reservation begins
- Status – the current status of the reservation
- Reservation Desc – a description of the reservation
